Construction Permit requirements: SWPPP, either basic or full plan completed and ready to be implemented; NOI form submitted to DEC; 5 or 60 day authorization prior to permit coverage; a copy of the NOI and SWPPP shall be available at the construction site and NOT submittal after final stabilization.
